This is the end result of a lot of work (obviously I hope). I noticed a while back that I had such a plethora of captions waiting to be uploaded that there wasn't much need to keep writing captions for daily updates. I also noticed 100 posts was coming up fast and I had nothing special planned. Then I remembered Elena suggested I expand the canon of Suckwood, do a touch more world building.
Which is where the idea for this spawned from. This is very similar to my
First Post which laid out how Suckwood worked, only this time the short one or two sentence captions focus solely on the local (uncreatively named) high school. The kicker is after every short canon-establishing caption I've written some full captions, hopefully to illustrate the point.
This does have callbacks to my
Dammit Stephie series as well as Anderson's Blackmore Academy series (Parts 1 & 2
here and
here). So if you want to re-read those to have them fresh in your memory feel free. Special thanks to Anderson for letting me use Blackmore in these captions too.
Last thing, for anyone who hasn't already noticed it, just a note on style: lowercase daddy is the white father of a white sissy, uppercase Daddy is a dominant black man. Think Cindi's Stepdaddy without the "Step". Hopefully this is always obvious from context. I'm saying it here just in case that's ever not the case.
